SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Shipping area:
European Union (EU).
Shipping costs:
Free shipping for orders of €30 or more (after discounts; incl. VAT / § 19 UStG small-business note not applicable).
For orders under €30, a €5 flat shipping rate per order applies.
If, after a return, the order value falls below €30, we will retroactively charge the flat shipping rate for the original shipment.
Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. No delivery on Sundays/public holidays.

Carrier & packaging:
We ship with DHL and use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Delivery address & receipt:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you (e.g. wrong address, parcel not collected), you bear the reasonable additional costs incurred.
Transport damage:
Please report any obvious transport damage to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us. This is not a prerequisite for your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us pursue claims against the carrier.
Note on our products:
Vintage one-of-a-kind pieces may show patina/signs of use. Modern pots & vases made from bio-based materials may exhibit slight colour/texture variations between batches.
Withdrawal & Return
Right of withdrawal:
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Cancellation Policy, including the model withdrawal form.
Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal:
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of incorrect delivery or defective goods, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us in advance via the contact form or by email at contact@takara-studio.de.
Return conditions:
Please return the goods carefully packed, ideally in the original packaging. Include your order number so we can process the return quickly. Vintage items: signs of use already documented in the description/photos do not constitute a defect. Custom-made/personalised items are excluded from withdrawal (Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB).
Refunds:
We will refund all payments for the withdrawn goods, including outbound shipping costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day the goods are received by us or you have provided proof of dispatch. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Return address & process:
Please announce returns in advance by email to contact@takara-studio.de an. You will receive the return address and—if required—a return label. Unannounced returns may delay processing.
