Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,

• took possession of the goods, if you ordered one item or multiple items as part of one order and these are delivered together; or

• took possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple items as part of one order and these are delivered separately; or

• took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if a good is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods—whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB).

Note: We currently ship exclusively within the EU (see “Shipping”). An additional exclusion of the right of withdrawal due to residence outside the EU is therefore unnecessary.
